RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Due to the nature of cannabis products, all sales are generally final.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS
We may accept returns only if:
Product is defective
Product was damaged during shipping
Incorrect item was shipped
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of product and packaging.
Product must be unused and in original packaging.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Opened cannabis flower
Used vape cartridges
Edibles once opened
Clearance items
REFUND PROCESS
If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
